Warren Dabney

Warren has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, including manufacturing, engineering, product development, R&D, and Clinical Research. Warren joined Magnolia Medical as the Senior Director of Product Development in March of 2024, where he is responsible for new technology development and new product introduction.

Most recently, Warren was Director of Research and Development at Biotronik’s NRO division, where he led the effort to develop and commercialize Biotronik’s first-ever Class III implantable pain management system. In this role, Warren was responsible for clinical and technology research, intellectual property development, product development, project management, product management, manufacturing transfer, and product portfolio planning. Across his career, he has had direct oversight of hardware, software, electric, system, IC, usability, and manufacturing engineering disciplines.
